How do you tighten the top wire?

The top wire tightens when you tighten the guy wires. To keep the bottom tight you might have to pull the bottom of the pole slightly away from the the court.

Hi ordered the net set two months back. We lost two of the metal nails. How can order a replacement? How much it will cost ?

The manufacturer definitely sells replacement parts. I reached out to them about a defective sand auger rope and they sent me a free replacement rope that had a carabineer on each end. They also let me purchase three additional ones for a pretty small fee. (because I wanted all four to work the same way, for the sake of consistency)

Where can I find replacement pole clips for this net?

Go to an auto parts store and get the right sized hose clamps. Those will work.

Have that included items that will make it better for the beach on the new ones?

No I don't believe so. Need to buy sand anchors.
