BUY IT you won’t regret it. I initially was nervous because I am African-American and have very coarse hair. The girl on the box does not need a keratin as much as I do! I have a history of doing perms and transitioned to doing keratins probably five years ago. Wanted to try to do it myself and save money. It does slightly burn, but nothing that would hurt or cause any problems, you have to section your hair and take your time. Trust the process, it starts to feel a little sticky when you blow drying your hair and you think to yourself you have too much product but when you straighten it with the heat, it turns shiny and it continues to look better. Wear the gloves!! You will have residue on your hands for a week that will not instantly wash off. In my history of having the keratin, I have always worn it for a week, the box tells you to wash it out. That is your choice but longer you keep it in. I feel the better it looks when you wash it! I wanted to save this review for how it looked after I did the initial wash! Oh my gosh, this product rivals definitely with a professional keratin and my hair is so smooth and shiny. I honestly can’t tell the difference and neither could anyone who saw my hair. Will be doing this every three months. Save the money and do it yourself.

I bought this because I wanted to control my frizz at home without spending a lot at a salon. First impression: The kit includes the treatment and a shampoo and conditioner, and the instructions are easy to follow(I also searched for a YouTube video to make sure I understood right). After using it I notice: ✅ my hair looked smoother and less frizzy right away ✅ It made my hair easier to style and manage ✅ My hair had more shine and felt softer ✅It last 6 months What I liked: -Good results for the price - Works well for wavy frizzy hair What I didn't liked: - The process takes some time to do properly - need to be in a ventilated area because the room is going to have a lot of smoke -since you need to dry the hair with the product on use a hair brush you don't mind getting messy (I got a cheap brush just for that). Who is this good for: 👉 Anyone with frizzy or wavy hair who wants a more straight, smooth look at home Final Verdict: I would recommend this because it gives noticeable results without paying salon prices. It takes time to apply but for the price it's definitely worth trying. I would use it again.

Umm WOW. I typically have curly, frizzy hair and straighten my hair about once a week. Well, I broke my hand and am getting surgery tomorrow, so I thought I would try using this to make my hair more manageable while I am in a cast. Spoiler alert: IT WORKS. Not only reducing frizz, but straightening. I’ve had many Brazilian blowouts done professionally and liked the results, but never got stick straight hair from it. This stuff- after washing it out and blow drying it, it’s perfectly straight and no frizz whatsoever, but still has volume! As I was doing it, I was thinking to myself gosh this is such a pain, I’d rather pay someone to do this. After seeing the results, umm nope this will now be my new job. A couple tips: double shampoo, before putting on product, be meticulous with the drying and straightening. Your hair will have a nasty texture to it- it doesn’t look dry but it is. Do everything in a very well ventilated space! The fumes are strong. After straightening, double cleanse again, then use k18, then a conditioning mask. Finally, blow dry and enjoy!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love this product! I noticed a big difference after the very first use. My hair became much smoother, shinier, and much less frizzy. The Cativa keratin treatment has a pleasant scent, was easy to apply, and left my hair looking healthy, silky, and full of life. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the results lasted a long time. I will definitely purchase it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve the look and feel of their hair. Excellent product!

Overall very happy with results of this, but it's not without its pain points. I have used this kit twice now. It gradually loses its luster but it was probably about the 3 month mark when I felt like it was time to redo it. It's not as good as the formaldehyde formula keratin treatments of the past, but of course that chemical needed to go. Application is easy but the comb through step is pretty much impossible. I did this with a very wide toothed comb and it was still a struggle. It would never work with a standard comb. Blow drying the cream into the hair takes a long time and feels quite daunting. Some spots never do feel totally dry. After it has been washed out, the hair smells pretty funky....literally kind of like something dead, but only when wet, for a few weeks. It smells fine when dry. As far as results, they are great but this will depend on your goals. I have long, fine, curly hair. It is squirrely and my natural curl pattern is inconsistent in different areas and just never looks nice when I try to wear my natural curls. I've tried EVERYTHING to love my curls and ultimately just never have. As a result, I have been straightening my hair daily since middle school (I'm 41 now!). I have to blow dry, which anyone with curly hair knows results in a large poof ball on your head. Then, I would flat iron to get a smooth, straight look...every. single. day. I was so tired of having to use two tools every day to get my hair presentable, and then also having to pray it didn't get wet, or the air wasn't humid, etc. This treatment has loosened my curl to a beachy, fun wave texture. I can let it air dry and it has NO frizz and just the waves. If I don't want to air dry, I can literally just blow dry it without even using a brush and just raking my fingers through, and it dries straight and fluffy but not frizzy. I can use a round blow dryer brush if I want a more polished look, but in no circumstance do I need to flat iron. It's like a dream come true for my inner fuzzy haired middle school girl. It's amazing to be able to go swimming or just walk into the store in a light rain without having to worry about what my hair will do afterwards. I reapplied when I started noticing more frizz, and the curls starting to tighten back up (around 3 months). Because I am putting WAY less heat on my hair, it has been growing like crazy since it's not breaking off so much. My hair stylist, family members, and people at work have all commented about how long my hair is getting. I have not been able to grow it this long for many years.

This turned out better than the $200 treatment I had at the salon and I think I didn’t even do it right. The DIY process was messy. Well, maybe that was my fault. I had the blue treatment on my face, neck and back because I was wearing a spaghetti strapped top. I started with a towel draped on my shoulders but it got to be too hot so I took it off. I then had the treatment all over me. I am very fortunate that I don’t have a reaction to the treatment. Drying my hair with the treatment on it was challenging and when I was ironing my hair, my hair felt tacky and sticky so I thought it would look bad. But after I shampooed and conditioned my hair and then blow dried it, it turned out really nice! Would buy it again. No more salon visits for keratin treatment! Learned my lessons so next time, I will be wearing a long sleeved shirt, wear the gloves full time, and if needed, wrap my neck with something very light.

First: THIS WILL TAKE ANY COLOR HAIR DYE OUT OF YOUR HAIR . IF YOU HAVE COLORED HAIR, BUY THE COLOR SAFE ONE. My curl/wave pattern is a mixture of 2c wavy and 3A curly. My hair is also super dry and gets frizzy easy. If I am wearing MY HAIR straight I absolutely have to blow dry it and straighten it(and use tons of anti-frizz products. And on the days that it rains or it is humid outside my hair gets super frizzy and puffy. So living in Georgia where we have very humid summers typically during the summers I have to wear my hair pulled back, or curly with a good cast to keep it from getting puffy, bc no amount of frizz ease or moisturizing hair cream helps. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO JUST WASH MY HAIR AND LET IT AIR DRY, OR ONLY WASH AND BLOW DRY. This product has SAVED me so much time. My hair feels healthier than it has ever felt It is so soft and shiny. And I can literally wash my hair brush it and go and when it dries it is still straight and not poofy/frizzy. So far it has been about 3 weeks and my hair is still amazing! For those who said it didn't work I fully believe they did not follow the instructions and do it properly. It is a long process but if you do it properly I promise you you will achieve the results that you want. The longest part of the process is blow drying your hair after you put the treatment in. After you put the treatment in let it sit on your hair for the amount of time that it tells you which is I think like 20 minutes. After that section your hair and use a very fine tooth comb and comb your hair in sections and get the excess treatment out with the comb. Every time you comb your hair you have to use a towel to get the excess off of the comb, You want to get as much excess out of your hair as you can before you start to blow dry it ,Don't worry if you don't think you've got out enough of the excess treatment, It's fine it will just take you a little longer to blow dry it in. You want to do this in a very well ventilated area, If you don't have big ventilated areas you can do it in you can do it in a small area however I would definitely suggest taking a fan and opening a window and having the fan set up to where it sucks all of the air from inside of the room that you're in and blows it out the window. The blow drying step would be better if you had someone to help you only because depending on how thick or long your hair is it can take a while. It took me about 2 hours to get it dry (no breaks) because it has to be completely dry before you start the straightening phase. I really think people are not letting get all the way dry before they straighten it and that's probably why it's not working as well. So if you have another person that can help you I would suggest it My husband ended up coming again helping me so my arms could take a break. Also do not put anything else in your hair Do not try to put no heat protectant in or any additional conditioners. Once your hair is completely dry that's when you're going to straighten it. I put my flat iron on 450 (typically I only have it at 350 whenever I flat iron my hair) Now, This is an important step because if you do not straighten your hair properly, the treatment may not work as good. Instead of flat ironing my hair the way I normally would which is just three or four sections I actually sectioned it off to smaller sections that way I could really focus on each section. Also you're not going to hold your straightener on each section like some people do when they're straightening their hair and they hold it for a few seconds before they move it down, your going to do medium passes (not fast passes but not too slow bc if you go really slow you risk heat damage) but you're going flat iron each section, with about 10 passes so make sure you really get that treatment to work. My hair is medium thickness. The front of my hair comes down about an inch below my collarbone and the back of my hair comes down to about 2 in above my bra. I used to dye my hair a lot and I would need three boxes of dye. The amount of product that comes with one box of this treatment was plenty and I still had some left over. If you have some stubborn areas of your hair, Where you feel like the treatment didn't work as good You can always use the treatment you have left over and only put it on that one area blow dry it and Let it sit for 20 minutes and flat iron it. Instead of doing your entire head again. (It has a 6 month shelf life after open). However, If you do have long hair I would suggest buying two just to make sure you have plenty. I have fallen in love with this product so much that I have been telling everyone about it! I was not paid for my review I bought this product with my own money after doing research myself on something that will help with my poofiness and my frizz.

I just washed out the treatment. Things to know - I have long frizzy hair that has not been treated in years. I dye it blond. I never have done this type of treatment myself. The bottle for the keratin seemed small - I wondered if it would be enough. It was - my bottle thankfully was full. Shampoo and conditioner were not but I don't care so much about that. The most important thing for me is I did follow the almost nonexistent instructions. I would never try to brush out my hair after putting the treatment in (it was almost impossible and I nearly lost it) and brush it while blow drying it again. It only served to stress and damage my hair. There is NO WAY to brush this stuff through if you have hair like mine. Better to dry it with fingers and then take very small sections, brush it through and then iron it. I started at the root and pulsed there about 5 times then ran iron through entire section another 5 or so times. It takes a long while but so what - it takes a long while at a salon as well. I did not notice too strong of an odor nor did my eyes burn but I kept it off my skin. I washed it out and blew it with a basic brushing - no styling to speak of. So far so good. I noticed some odor when washing it out. The color 100% changed - mine needs a color refresh for sure - but I typically do after a keratin treatment in the salon. I am giving 4 stars because the instructions suck and I'm not yet sure how long it will last - but for $20 it did the trick! بكتب تجربتي المنتج اصلي ووصلني سريع وكانت تجريه حلوه عطى شعري حيويه ونعمه نعومه الحلوه الي وكانت اول عقدتي النفشه صراخ وخرها وصار فيه حيويه اول ماغسلته خفت حسيت كانه مطاطي بس بعد ماغسلته بالشامبو والبلسم خليته يطول شوي بعدها غسلت شعري وكان يجنن وغسلت شعري مرا ثانيه صار شعري طبيعي مو نفس الإحساس الأول انه كانه طبيعي وراح اكرر تجربتي مرا ثانيه للمنتج وراح أتعامل مع البائع هذا سريع ويعتبر الأرخص من بين البائعين الثانين

No lo recomiendo para nada, mi cabello es lacio y no me hizo ningún cambio, solo me maltrató el cabello se me enreda horrible, y me dejó un olor espantoso cuando me baño huele a ajo mi cabello es lo peor que he comprado aquí no gasten su dinero y mejor vallan a un salón

المنتج اكثر من رائع ترددت قبل ما اشترية كثير بسبب التعليقات بس جبتو واتبعت التعليمات بحذافيرها وظبط بيهدي النفشة تماما ويبين الشعر صحي ويفرد بس نسبة بسيطة وطريقة الاستخدام اني غسلت شعري مرتين بالشامبو الفي كيس ونشفتة بالمنشفة وبعدها بالسشوار وخليته مرتب وبعدها قسمت الشعر إلى ٨ أجزاء وبدأت بوضع الكريم على الخصلة قبل الجذور بأقل من سنتي ومع التمليس بيغطي الشعرة تقريبا من الجزور بعد تخلصي سيبوه ربع ساعة وبعدين مشطو لشعركم عشان تشيلو زيادات الكريم انا مشطت بمشط سنونو ضيقة عشان اشيل الكريم من غير ما اغسلو وبعدين استخدمو الشوار ونشفو المنتج على شعركم بالشكل التريدونة بالنهاية وبعدين عيدو على الخصلات بالمكوة ودرجة الحرارة حاطينها لكم في الورقة التيجي مع المجموعة عيدة على كل خصلة ٣ او اربع مرات وبعدين انتظرو عشر دقايق الشعر يبرد وغسلوة وبعدها دايم استخدمو منتجات خالية من السلفات انا استخدمتو بنفس الطريقة والنتيجة طلعت خرافية ومافي تساقط صرلي اسبوعين إلى الآن اتمنى اكون فدتكم
