Very easy to use and I think it works quite well. Good for the price and doesn’t have any bad odours or residue on the water tank.

This is my second order of this product . Used to de scale Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine which was showing an amber light. Easy to follow instructions , green light once more and the machine is working perfectly .Would recommend .

Okay, so I am extremely lazy, and I can't even lie about it.I bought my quick boil kettle sometime around 2011. She has done me proud, and I am surprised that she is still going, especially since this is the first time I have descaled her.For the last year or so, I have had to use a tea strainer because the lumps of chalk coming out of my kettle resemble the White Cliffs of Dover.I'm embarrassed to say that for at least two years, I have worried about how loud my kettle was, considering it resembled an F-15 during takeoff.This evening, I finally got around to descaling my kettle after ordering this descaler yesterday. My neighbors probably hate me because my kettle has been running constantly for about the last 45 minutes. However, after listening to some very interesting bubbling and straining out enough chalk to make local schools consider going back to using a chalkboard, I can honestly say my kettle has never sounded better.This is absolutely down to the wonderful power of this descaler, and I 100% recommend it for anything limescale-related.

Yes good product easy to use the smell wasn't strong so all good. Because it is a coffee machine cant see how well it cleaned so have to trust followed the instructions

I thought two bottles would do two cleans but it’s two for one clean. Otherwise they are fine.

Lo uso per la macchina del caffè e mi sono trovato bene. È già dosato, quindi non bisogna fare grandi calcoli o diluizioni strane: si segue la procedura della macchina e si risciacqua bene alla fine.Mi sembra più pratico rispetto ad altri anticalcare generici, soprattutto perché è pensato proprio per macchine da espresso e simili. Non lascia odori particolari dopo il risciacquo e la confezione con due flaconi è comoda.Non è il prodotto più economico in assoluto, ma preferisco usare qualcosa di specifico su una macchina da caffè piuttosto che improvvisare.
