Works to level your mood!
Works great! Goli are little pricey, but the two pack is definitely worth it. Wife sleeps better after taking it. Relaxes the mind. Helps keep her mood more level throughout the day. Gummies have a nice taste, though they are kinda large. Good dose strength. Not many people know, but a lot of ashwagandha products on Amazon have doses way above what is healthy for any grown adult. Need to be careful not to poison yourself with high doses of herbal anything. That all said, gummies are easy to take and it's like a candy fix for adults when all your supplements are gummies.

Best thing for sleep EVER!
I have trouble with sleeping and let me tell you this. These things are absolutely amazing for helping to sleep. No groggy feeling the next day and I sleep like a rock. I highly recommend taken these before bed and not during the day. I have gone through about 10 bottles so far. 3 at bedtime religiously every night!

Yummy chill pills
These gummies are soooo yummy I wish I could eat more than the serving size! I’m a stay at home mom so I take these when I can feel my mom rage building or if I’m starting to feel overstimulated and they calm me down so quick! They totally take the edge off and help me feel like my emotions and brain all slowwww down.

Very good.
I'm been feeling pretty good lately. I'm constantly under stress and this seems to actually be helping. I used to take these all the time but just recently decided to get more. I doesn't give me a stomach or headache like the others have described. But again, it could just be because I've already taken these before. It does send a bit of a tingle to clear my head. The bottle recommends take only two a day. And remember to only take maybe half of one of these if you've never taken any before. Your well being is more important then however many you think you can take, just because it isn't weed, cbd, or thc. I remember the first time I took one I got very drowsy and then by the 3 time I took them it barley had any effects. Go slow.
