I am having good results using the Filtrim. I have been a heavy smoker for many years. With the first stage (there are 4) of using the Filtrim I have already noticed an improvement in my breathing. I felt only mild nicotine withdrawal for the first 3 days. I'm ready to move on to stage 2 and am confident that I can follow the program through to the end. I think the key is the gradual nicotine withdrawal and not having to give up the act of smoking all at once. Of course, there's also the benefit of getting less tar and carbon monoxide. Compare the end of your cigarette filter with and without Filtrim. I actually smoke fewer cigarettes now than I did before I started using Filtrim and for me that's saying something. The product has a good heft to it, the black and gold is very attractive, and it's very easy to use. The enclosed brochure is very informative as well. Well worth the price.

I haven't given a 5 star because I have not completed the last phase. I'm only on the 2nd out of 4. I can tell you that I don't wish to go back to the original full flavored cigarette. It seems to be too strong now.

Bought this product over 2 months ago, with the hope of finally quitting for good. Mind you, I only smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day but have been doing so for over 20 years. I read all the reviews and figured this would be good since I have seizures with the patch. 2 months later, still a smoker. I will say that by using this, the cigarettes have a lighter taste but I’m still smoking the same amount. I’ve even cut more holes thinking that might help, but nope. I’m very disappointed with this product!

I’ve been smoking for almost 20 years this works I’m on day 7 and I’ve already moved to stage 2 this works so well you honestly don’t even need to wait the full 2 weeks to start the next step you can feel this working the first night you do have minor withdrawal symptoms like a slight headache but goes away after after 2 days just keep drinking water it really helps!! You may also feel a little aggravated from time to time but just lite another cig and get through it!! After about a week of using this you can already tell the cravings for the cigarettes are decreasing and find yourself not thinking about them as often this thing is magic I can’t wait to start stage 3 this is going to work as long as you sick to it and keep punching holes in every one you smoke ! It’s been working so well I ordered one for my best friend and she b had already felt the results after only 3 days as well I will update again in a few weeks once I’m a non smoker !!!!

I was going to wait until i completed the full 8 week course to review but there is something that made me do it early. I am currently part way through week 3. The first day or two of each step is a little rough but you get used to it quickly and you don't feel like you are missing anything for long. I have resistant high blood pressure. Usual readings of 151/92. After using this product, my blood pressure readings have been as low as 111/64. That in itself has made me thrilled with this product. 2 recommendations for anyone using this product. Do not do full lung hits, inhale into your mouth and then into your lungs. This prevents drawing the smoke deeper into your lungs than usual. This was recommended by my doctor. Also, if you are one that holds the cigarette in your fingers even when in your mouth, get out of that habit. Hold the tip between your lips to avoid covering the holes with your fingers. Hope the rest goes as well as the first few weeks. Have been trying to quit for 29 years and hope this will finally be what i needed.

Can’t blame the product. More just not worth the money. I’m not a smoker but I bought for boyfriend. I guess you have to take the time to poke the cigarettes and remember to keep it on you in addition to the lighter. He maybe used it twice.

This is a quality, well-made item. I appreciated having it to add extra holes into the cigarettes I had, which were really strong. I would say using this did help while on my journey, but this wasn't the reason I quit. I did that by buying all-natural supplements.
