The shells were beautiful and almost all meet the specifications a couple were not as big as advertised but still were large enough for my purposes. Well with the money

Makes you think Bora Bora, and Mermaids! Perfect gift for the exotic, destination island beach, and seashell lover. Varied colors of the sea and sky are so pretty on this highly polished "one of a kind, no two alike" seashell. Arrived unbroken, adequately packaged with no chips or scratches. The shell size was as anticipated. ("Almost" the length, and about 2/3rds the width of my hand) Purchased as a gift for my teen granddaughter that uses it as a catch-all for rings, earrings, bracelets, an occasional hair tie.

It's a large abalone shell at least as big as my hand and au natrualle so far as I can tell. No polishing was apparent, the internal shell was natural multi-coloured nacre and the external shell was untouched, with the remnants of mussels, barnacles and corals attached. Why they use abalone shells for smudging escapes me as they have major holes in them for ash to fall through, but each to their own. While I like the ones where they polish both sides down to the nacre, it's also nice to have one or two that aren't retouched.
