Wil it fit pans 20 by 24

no it measures 18x24. I got it for fit silk screens measuring 20x24 and had to alter it to fit my frames so it won't. Hope it helps

No, the rack does not come with pans. Pans must be purchased separately.

what is the weight limit that this rack can hold

I am not sure of what the total weight it can hold is, I can say that when not in use for holding baked goods, I use it to store 40 trays, my stand mixer, baking supplies, and many other appliances used during baking. Overall I have it loaded with more than 100 pounds of goods.

What is the internal shelf width?

Well in the description, it says it will hold a 20 inch wide cake pan.....it might have another 1/4 of an inch......internal width 20 inches
