This item is priced very high, so I thought it would be good but was surprised to see that the item was not working

It was ordered on 21-Jun-2021 and delivered on 15-Jul-2021 and return window was closed on 16-Jul-2021!!! However, upoond reaching out their customer support team handled the return / refund professionally. Name plate wattage rating was found 300W instead of specified 500W. An important information regarding supply voltage rating of the appliance is 120V, 60Hz should be indicated on the product technical details

Received the malfunctioning rice cooker. Could you pls arrange someone to collect the same from the place of delivery the soonest possible?

It didn’t work

The quality looked okay but on use stopped working in 10mins!

Appareil en 110 volts, donc inutilisable en Europe !

Quality is surely pretty good but quantity of cooked rice is limited barely for two persons.

I bought this rice cooker 12 years ago! It's incredible, we use it weekly to cook steel cuts oats or rice. It also does a great job with quinoa. I just bought two of these to gift to family for the holidays. Well done Aroma for developing such a simple, yet high quality product!

This cooker is advertised in the Dutch Amazon store but does not come with a plug that fits European outlets. It is an American plug.
