I was warned it was tiny and looked at dimensions. To play the song you have to continuously crank it; you can not wind it and have it play on its own. For that reason I am returning it.

The media could not be loaded.  Wasn't sure really how big or small this music box was going to be but to me, it's perfect size. Love the craftsmanship on this. The etchings on the top and sides are very detailed and beautiful. Really easy to use. As you can see in the video, the volume on this is fairly loud, especially when you're up close. The detail on this is amazing and absolutely love the color. Was thinking about staining it but after seeing it in person, I just love the natural look of it. It's a very simplistic box but the music that comes out of it is beautiful. Was supposed to be a gift for someone but decided to keep it for myself. Really easy to clean/dust off. I do keep it closed while I have it on display to ensure that no dust gets inside of the mechanism.

I liked the design of the box even more when I received it. The writing is a little small but you can read it for your mother if that's a problem. Only issue is that I thought it was a case where the box would automatically play the music once you turn the know a few times but no, you will have to continue to turn the know at a moderate speed to get to hear the song. Still a pretty cool box tho.

The media could not be loaded.  My husband bought this music crank box for our daughter’s 24th birthday this coming month.She has always love music boxes, this one will be very special, cause of the message on it.This music box dimensions are 2.55x1.97x1.5 in., the box is made of Wood and Metal Movement.with the music hand crank.Is very tiny but yet very adorable, like the vintage design on it, is very well crafted, no batteries require, you just have to wind up for the music to star playing.I do recommended is a keepsake forever and I know it will be treasure by my daughter and pass on to my granddaughters

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. It's of very nice quality for the price. The engraving looks good: clear and easy to read. Etching on the sides is also very nice. Music box mechanism is good. Recommend.

I bought this so my grandson could give it to his mother on Mother’s Day. Now, playing it and singing the song is part of their night time ritual. He’s 2 1/2 and his little voice singing You are my sunshine is the sweetest sound ever!

This little box is absolutely perfect! Good quality for the price, and a great gift for any mom that sings or sang “my little sunshine” for her children. I can’t wait to give it to my mom for her birthday, and see the look on her face with happy tears in her eyes ❤️
