I always use a probe cover with my digital thermometer in order to guarantee a sanitary contact surface. I ordered these for the price, but when I got them I saw they were identical to the Walgreens probe covers I had been using so I am happy with the quality and ease of use as well as the price.

I needed a thermometer like this because I've had several before, but they weren't very good quality. This one, however, is very good and has lasted me a long time. I recommend you get one too, as it's very well priced.

amzn couldn't manage to deliver it to me so i bought elsewhere....junk....temp is off 4 degrees F compared with dr office readings done at same time....not accurate

Anche se nell'annuncio viene specificato 'orale', io ho provato a misurarmi nel canonico modo sotto al braccio e devo dire che ha rilevato correttamente e velocemente la temperatura. "Velocemente" non significa alcuni secondi, come fanno alcuni modelli, spesso restituendo valori sballati o molto distanti dalla realtà; "velocemente" è riferito al confronto con quelli a mercurio o galistan che notoriamente hanno bisogno di circa 5 minuti; in questo caso, in un tempoo compreso tra i 20 ed i 30 secondi, viene emesso un cicalino dal termometro ad indicare che la temperatura è pronta. Il dispositivo è estremamente facile da usare, c'è un solo pulsante: agendo su di esse si accende e si spegne, oltre a poter attivare ulteriori misurazioni dopo la prima. In caso di febbre viene dato un segnale di attenzione oltre a visualizzare sul display il valore della alterazione. Comodo, facile da usare e da riporre.
