Love it ! Could be a bit sturdier , but easy to work with . Light weight ! Wish it had some ideas to roll with. Id like additional functions that would hold more items of various sizes as well, such and combs, brushes !Excellent value ! Would purchase again or suggest to friends, so I really wish it was metal, like the one I had gotten to replace with this one. Even sturdier , built harder to fit. The one complaint is that the neck that holds the wig head was supposed to be metal, and the head isn’t strong enough. to stay in place ! Frustrating when your blow drying or cutting etc and the wig pulls off the head because the head moves with the movement and can’t tighten enough

I work at a cosmetology school and bought this for demonstrations. Today I set it up for the first time and it was leaning. Turns out one of the screws is deformed and broke. The screw that tighten the poles together don’t tighten well. I tried returning it and it says I have to buy the box to return it, and I will not get my return if it is broken. It was leaning and it was already broken. Very disappointed.

Works ok for styling my cosplay wigs but isn't most sturdy for long wigs with a bunch of weight. I personally had it fall over 3 times trying to style my Yae Miko wig which is way longer than my Kafka wig and it still fell with a way shorter wig.

Update: spoke with a representative, and they immediately sent out a whole new unit. Very happy with it now, great product.Great product but didn't match the description. Missing the tray that holds the tools.
