I have three cats and they're pretty happy with it overall. All three cats use it regularly, I figured at least one of them would be stubborn about it. It's been reliable so far, no random shutoffs or anything like that. It's quiet, which I appreciated, though when the water gets low it starts making more noise. That's actually not a bad thing — it lets me know it needs a refill without having to constantly check it. Cleaning it isn't a big deal. Takes it apart easily enough and nothing is hard to reach. Overall it does what it's supposed to do without being a hassle. Would buy again.

Great product but I’ve had for just over a year now and it’s already starting to go. The water fountain use to be very quite and had a strong stream but now is loud with barely a trickle.

Easy to setup, easy to clean and my cat likes it! Appreciate the little waterproof pad that comes with it to protect my flooring from any splashing. Also easy to see when the water level is down and replacement of the filters is also super simple. Kind of wish I'd splurged for the one with the stainless exterior but the plastic is just fine.

I've had this for about six weeks. At first, the fountain was pretty quiet, but within the last week, it's developed an irritating vibration noise. It seems that the pump is vibrating against the plastic, I think because the little plastic suction cups don't adhere it tightly enough to the bottom. This makes the trays also vibrate. The other thing I don't like is that it is too easy for water to slosh over the side if you bump it or move it to change the water. And most importantly, our cat seems wary of it. Unfortunately, I'm past the return window. We used to have the smaller, round Veken and we had no problems (and the pump was smaller and fit securely in its enclosure), but they stopped making filters for it, which is why I bought this one.

My cat had always been a light drinker and I was constantly worried about her hydration. Since setting up this fountain she visits it far more often throughout the day, which was really the main goal. The continuously circulating water seems to genuinely attract her in a way that a still bowl never did. Assembly was straightforward and took maybe ten minutes. The pump is quiet enough that it blends into background noise without any issue. One thing to know is that the water level indicator starts making a bit more noise as it gets low, which is actually useful since it reminds you to refill before the pump runs on empty. Cleaning is simple enough, the unit breaks down into manageable pieces and nothing is hard to reach. The included filters are a nice touch and replacements are reasonably priced. My only small gripe is the plastic exterior shows water spots fairly easily, so it needs a quick wipe down every few days to look presentable. Overall though it does exactly what a pet fountain should do and my cat is visibly drinking more.

This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Espero que mi opinión te sirva para comprarla.

For the price, this is a great pet fountain. It took a few days for my cat to get used to this fountain, but once she did, she was fine with it. She was actually scared of it for the first few minutes, but I did see her drinking from it about an hour later, but she was still leery of it for about the first week. The pump does make a quiet humming sound, and there is also a small trickling noise, so it’s not silent. It’s no louder than a fish tank, or a fridge or water cooler running, and you get used to it quickly. Set up, and cleaning is simple, and everything goes together easily. There was a fair amount of cat hair in the pump filter after its first cleaning.
