Worked great for a few months. The heat stopped working one day and I’ve tried all the recommended trouble shooting techniques but still no heat. I reached out to customer service and they said they’d get me a replacement. It took over two weeks, but they were apologetic and sent me a new one. This is a good product, but you get what you pay for with quality.

It was super easy to use, and the functionality was sleek. It saved me a ton of time and money. The vacuum sealer was terrific in quality and so easy to use. Needed a sealer for Valentine treats. My main draw to this one was how quickly I could get it and the price being the least was an added plus. I’ve been using these sealers since I was a kid and while it doesn’t compare weight wise to the ones I’m use to, for the price it will do just fine for the kind of work I’m needing it for. I recommend practicing on an empty baggie to begin with as it took a while getting the right temp and time press combo down. Otherwise, it was very easy to set up and use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone starting out or just needing a sealer every once in a while.
