What do fill it with?

Traditionally you fill the bags with scraps of cloth, or old clothes. You can find guides online of what to fill them with, and how. Sand should be avoided.

How much sand would it take to fill this

Mine came filled. You don't want sand in an upper cut bag. Your wrist will always be at an imprecise angle to take that kind of stress. An opponent's body won't produce that level of stress either.

What is the meaning of the word "FILLED"?

Filled means the bag is "stuffed" already from the factory with quality jute material. If you choose unfilled then you will have to stuff the bag with your own materials.

I bought mine empty but it's good for practice slip and duck
