After years of struggling with glues for my mixed media and collage work, I eventually discovered this. Together with a fine needle-point glue bottle, my glueing woes are now over. The glue dries clear, and quickly, and it will stick most surfaces with no problem. If you get any over-spill from it, if you rub it away while it is still wet, it comes away absolutely cleanly. Left to dry, it will leave a shiny surface. The nozzle on the bottle is easy to open, simply by twisting the top a little, but it is quite wide and difficult to control, which is why it is best to decant the glue into a bottle with a finer tip for detailed work. For covering larger surfaces, the existing bottle is fine. This glue is alcohol-based and some people may not like the smell, but it doesn't linger for long and I haven't found this to be a problem.

It dries really quickly, and is transparent, but comes out in quite a large blob, you cannot do fine work with this unless you have a bottle with a finer dispensing applicator to pour it into. Perhaps the manufacturer could supply this very good glue with two applicator lids, then both requirements are met. But I would buy this glue again as it is very good.

This is the most amazing glue I have ever used. I have used for extra strength and security when adding eyes to knitted bears, have used to fix a Christmas ornament that broke, it has also been used to secure wood for a gate that has been screwed and bolted. It is clear, very strong and seems to stick anything together. My glue gun broke so I used this to make a wreath. I don’t know if it smells because I can’t, I do know that I will never buy any other glue. I would recommend

Great glue for mat and laying for card making

Brought these to use in my craft group. It's really good clear glue and sticks almost everything craft related, thick and thin card/paper, material, leather. I have also used it with air dryed clay and dolls house kits. One tip I would give is to decant the glue into small fine tipped bottles as the glue comes out too quickly in the large bottles it comes in.

Worked OK on some areas but not so well on others.
