This book is stupid !!! I’ve only done two cycles and I could have written this book. Don’t waste your time. There’s many books out there that will do you much better education wise

You can learn more from just talking to a regular person only goes over 4 different kinds of steroids and has incorrect information on those terrible book wasted my time and money do not buy

It most certainly is not a good book for beginners unless you come from another planet and have never herd of steriods before then yes it is the perfect to tell that there are things called steriods other then that, that’s all the book tells you about steriods save your money you can learn more useful knowledge on the internet for free

This isn't a book! It's a 30 page large print complete and utter waste of paper. It's like a ladybird book you get as a kid to learn how to read. If you're a little bit stupid or find reading extremely difficult, actually this isn't even any use to a short sighted traveller, just don't waste your money.
