It will work sometime
Frequently will disconect from WiFi and lights on all night. In order to restart need to reinstal the product.

Physical touch switch stopped working
I have 2 switches installed between 3 installed between 3 and 6 months. One or two of the “buttons” always required multiple presses to make it work. Over the last 2 weeks or so all of the buttons have almost fully stopped working. The relays are good, it’s the touch sensor that is not detecting being pressed. I can now only operate the switch over WiFi using my phone. Both of my switches are behaving like this.

Good but touch not working after 5 months
I had bought this product back in November 2021 and after just 5 months the touch of the switch stopped working. The switch does still work thru the smart app.
