Only if they offer a T-Mobile sim card. These are not truly "unlocked" - they are T-Mobile only, but I know Straightalk Wireless can make them work with a T-Mobile sim card

It's a locked phone that will only work on TMobile. Its' also a "turd" of a phone, but yes, it does offer hotspot.
