My Floss arrived Quickly and, "UN-Damaged"!!! The description of this Floss and Jar are Accurate. >> I advise Everyone to take out a Ruler or Tape Measure and look at the Dimensions.<< It's small. Well, get a pen and paper and compare what you are getting with this purchase and compare it to what you are currently using...Now, you have a Choice, keep putting plastic Pieces in your Body or switch to Bamboo. That's up to you. Personally, I like this Floss. It has a Mild flavor. It's Dental Floss. Conveient and i like that it is Non plastic! It's Great for the environment and safe to use. 1 Floss is already in a jar. The jar has a piece of cardboard supporting it in a lil box and the extra floss is next to it wrapped in tissue paper. I have good Amazon Drivers, so, If your glass is broken, THAT IS AN AMAZON ISSUE!!!! There is NO company here or anywhere that is going to put a broken glass or anything in a box and mail it! So, let's be serious... my box Is, in perfect condition. Mine had to make it thru a 2nd delivery. I recommend this product and the Vendor!

Cleans very well. I especially like that this doesn’t have plastic. It’s strong enough it doesn’t break, and has natural texture that grabs onto debris between teeth, exactly the purpose of using floss. Comes with a nice glass bottle for dispensing with the cutting slot that works nicely. It comes with two spools of floss wrapped in paper. I will definitely be buying the refills for this!

This bamboo floss is still great. Before this, I've never had plastic floss break on me during use. This bamboo floss does tend to break, but not to the point that it becomes unusable. It usually happens when using the same spot of the string segment on close-fitting teeth. This is an issue I can live with, because this stuff is plastic free (PTFE or nylon), cruelty free (silk), and biodegradable. PTFE floss especially is so slippery, you have to use much more to wrap securely around your fingers, and there was never enough friction to feel like it was doing anything.
