Britische Toastverhältnisse und tolles Versandmanagement
Weil der bestellte Delonghi in creme auf dem Postweg verloren ging, bewerte ich eigentlich einen Morphy Richards in creme - ein Supergerät, das endlich "britische" Toastverhältnisse bei uns einkehren ließ! Fünf Sterne für das Beschwerdemanagement der Firma, die mich, nachdem der verlorene Delonghi in der gewünschten Farbe gerade nicht lieferbar war, hervorragend persönlich beraten und mir den tollen Ersatz geschickt haben. Alle Abwicklungen drumherum waren professionell und freundlich!

Good 4 slice toaster for bigger families in stylish design
We bought this toaster because we need a 4 slice version. The number of available 4 slicer is quite small and even in Germany this one from De'Longhi is not available. Therefore I ordered in UK. Delivery was in time , as mostly from Amazon. The toaster itself, the Vintage look with this color is what my wife realy love (and in combination with a water boiler out of this series). It is great to toast with 2 independend roast levels and 4 slices at the same time. I notice the speed of roasting the bread is a bit slower than I'm used from my oder 2 slice toaster from a different vendor, but this seems to make the repeatable roast level more precise. So far, it looks fine, it does what it promise (toast the bread), the price is acceptable. It could have an top frame for bread rolls included in the package. At least in Germany this is common. Not sure if this is available from De'Longhi as accessory. I can not rate if on a long term basis, as I just have it now a couple of weeks.

Magnifique grille pain
Non seulement il fonctionne très bien mais il est très beau et facile à nettoyer. Un plus pour ma cuisine.
