A must for those who have to keep track of their vital signs.
I had this book for about a year and then lost it. I repurchased it. My doctor loves it as she can take photos of my records then puts it all into my file. I encourage anyone who needs to keep track of their vitals for doctor records. Easier than writing it all down.

This product is useful to me because it is so compact
This product is useful to me because it is so compact. I had downloaded various medication log pages from the internet which fit ok in a full-size 3-ring binder, but needed something that would be lightweight and easy to slip into a purse. This fits the bill. Also appreciate that there is a separate section to record blood pressures, blood sugar, etc. which makes it easy to bring to medical appts. Very good value for the price.

Too small
Form is very small hard to write in squares

Useful for up to twice a day; not useful for as needed meds
The journal would be useful and work for any medication that you only take one or twice a day but the square where you check off is too small for anything else. I really wanted one where I could write the time that "as needed" medications are taken. This type of journal might work for that use if there was a week on each page with a larger box where times could be written within the box.

Good log
I like this log, and I'd buy it again. Used pages can be disposed of, and fits in my tote bag well.

Yes
My mom has a lot of health conditions that require a lot of medications. Sometimes she gets confused or forgets to take them, or if she has taken them. This helps us keep track. Also as a CNA and her caregiver this helps me track her vitals and build sugar for when we go to the hospital or appointments. It's very efficient. Light weight. Small enough to slip into a purse or small bag. Organized.

good idea but needs tweaking
I got this because I prefer a grid to monitor meds, BP and glucose. This does that but it needs tweaking. I had to use 2 or more lines for more meds more than once daily. There should be more than 1 page for meds. There needs to be a page for medication, food and environmental allergies. A high percentage of adults are on BP meds, often with a diuretic. So a slot for daily and weekly weights. Also needed is a slot for activity. There should be a way to make clear why a med is missed, taken early, changed etc. I will alter times and doses of meds if BP or glucose levels are low, blood tests and other reasons. It does no good to show missed doses if there's no reason with it.
