This is not stretchable and not as sticky as the usual tape. The adhesive part is the most disappointing because I ended up wasting a lot since it doesn’t stick properly and falls off on its own.

Budget tape, budget results
Does not stretch as expected compared to other KT tapes. Glue not as strong as needed for use on foot taping (difficult to get socks over without tape rolling off). May have value for low stretch, low contact applications, not typical KT tapings
