This product is very good !! I crushed 3 fingers at work and 2 of them were destroyed when I snatched my hand out of machine leaving nothing left but crushed bone and nothing left on one side of my fingers , like you took a filet knife and cut muscle and skin off. After seeing my 2nd surgeon for skin grafts he said if I could get it to heal we might not have to do grafts. He said if I could find some medihoney that might help with healing. After calling all over the US we couldn’t find any. I found this product on Amazon and he approved it for me to use. If my pictures were not so bad I would show you how good this works. I’ve been using this and the healing power of my Lord Jesus Christ you would not believe it. I’m a believer !!!

I am amazed at how much this honey has helped heal my husband’s pressure sores. Being in a wheelchair 24/7 is a real challenge to keep my husband’s skin in good shape. We have tried prescriptions, other pressure sore ointments but nothing else has worked as well as this medical grade honey. Within a few days the lesions have started to close up and healthy skin is taking over the area. The honey is thick enough to stick to the sore and it stays on until the covering bandage is removed. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a positive outcome but I am a believer now and my husband’s pain is greatly diminished.

nice to put on a band aid and leave it on for 5 days and when you take it off your skin does not have that typical white shriveled look and looks normal and healed or healing.

After looking through all the choices for honey meant for a medical purpose, this product fit the bill. My doctor recommended a different brand, but it wasn't available anywhere. Because of where it was produced and its description, I felt confident in using it. The packaging is poor because it is apparently meant for a one time use. The top twists off so that you can use just a small amount. But then the cap does not seal the tube. That was fine until I needed to travel with it. The product itself is working; it is easy to dispense a small amount; it deserves all five stars. But a twist off top that can't be resealed... really?

Bought it for my aunt. She had an abscess on her foot that would not heal. She put this on. It instantly got better overnight.

Well it's honey in a tube. I do not know what the "strength" of the MGO is cause it does not say anywhere. However that being said I just don't understand the problem with the sealabilty of the cap that people are expressing. My opinion is that they are just not mechanically inclined. Ya see, the cap twists off as it breaks the seal and then you reverse the cap and insert the other end in the hole and push in. That's it folks. It seals quite well. Sure. it would be nicer if it has a screw cap cause the cap now could pop open if pressure is applied to the tube but if you are careful it should be just fine.

When MEDIHONEY became unavailable I tried this, and I was disappointed because it was so runny, but it does heal just as quickly as the other did / One thing I learned by accident was if you cool it down by putting in the fridge, it’s much easier to place and bandage and doesn’t run all over the place I have thin skin and this makes it heal very quickly great product!

Genuinely surprised buy how affective this stuff is. A must have for any first aid kit!

Terrible packaging but product inside is great for burns. You need to use tape to cover it because there no lid to reapply after it’s opened.

I should have read the description more closely. I purchased this for excema on my scalp. 100% honey and hair does not mix well.
