Perfect size and shape
These are perfect bowls for French Onion soup or chili. Handles make it easy to grab out of the oven and serve. Ideal weight and easy to dishwasher wash. Handle is hollowed to provide durability

Even nicer in person. These are beautiful and the handle is great.
These are unique. If you pour hot soup into the bowl, you can use the handle to carry the bowl. And you can use the handle to tilt your bowl to use your spoon to get to the soup at the bottom. Nice lined design. Feels like a premium item. I like these bowls alot.

sturdy good bowls
These are sturdy & handsome, but there are these holes on the bottom of the handle. They're probably there to allow the clay to not explode when heated, but it creates an issue with making sure it's not getting too dirty inside that handle. D/W will be fine, but do not allow to wallow in sink.
