The item is very top heavy. I have poor grip strength. The handle isn't the easiest to keep in my grasp, especially when reaching to my back or back of my legs. The handle is not long enough for me to reach everywhere I'd like, but I am a bigger person with shoulder, range of motion issues, arthritis, etc... For an average size person, it would reach all your parts. I have used it twice, and for now it's making bathing much easier. I was using regular bath brushes before and the scrubbing motion would activate the pain in my bones and joints for days after bathing. I have used the item on low speed for about an hour off of one full charge. It doesn't seem to be running low on power yet. I would recommend to anyone who has trouble bathing. I will update this in the future if any issues arise. Update June 2024. Unit stopped spinning. It makes a noise when turned on, but no longer will spin at all. It was nice while it lasted.

As I suspected the unit is heavy. The handle is a fail. It is straight, not curved, not ergonomic, could use a redesign. The motor doesn't seem strong enough even in the strongest position. I do like the heads and the fact they're interchangeable. They're very nice. I bought it mainly to scrub my back and the handle isn't ergonomic or long enough and it's heavy. It doesn't work for me, sadly. I tried it outside the shower for applying lotion. That is a big fail. The handle and unit becomes slippery so you're unable to really hold the handle or the unit without the handle. Even the handheld unit is heavy. A nice invention, but it needs to be redesigned to be ergonomic and less heavy. Overall, i'm disappointed.

it arrived...I fully charged it....it worked great and lasted a long time on the initial charge.....then I fully charged it again and now it will NOT EVEN TURN ON....the lights indicate fully charged...I help the button down 3 seconds to turn it on....it will not work...and I can not return it or get a replacement on this item.....not a good deal!

I have a circulation problem on my lower left leg after breaking the ankle 45 years ago. The skin is dry and leathery. I put CASWELL & MASSEY ALMOND & ALOE LOTION WHEN I CAN REACH IT. It's only been a few months and it has stopped working. It won't spin and it just beeps and blinks when I turn it on

I bought this unit to replace another brand that was no longer working. Unlike this one, the other unit did not have a detachable long handle and was not rechargeable. I’ve found use for most of the brushes and the regular shower brush is very soft and feels great on the skin. The only negative I have is the stiff brush is to stiff in my opinion. I was hoping for something a little stiff for facial cleansing but this one can be rough to use for any length of time. If a brush in between these 2 were offered I would purchase it.

The instructions on how to use this brush were written on a minute piece of paper that was almost unreadable with the naked eye & still very difficult when using a magnifying glass. The product had no identification marking that it was a SoulBay Electric Body Brush only that it was made in China. Could not find any details of the product or instructions on the internet other than who was selling it. I would not recommend this product purely because of these issues.

Delivery was quick. I've tried it out the next day after receiving this motorized brush... very top heavy, almost impossible to hold onto 👎even more difficult to turn it on & off, or to switch speeds 👎And as for their claims of a slip proof handle...Not so!!!👎(only when the item and your hands are dry, lol👎Furthermore, the handle is so straight that when you try to reach your back the brush head area is only making contact on the edge of the brush, and the heavy weight makes it almost impossible to get the right angle before it slips out of your hand.👎😒 If I hadn't used this item I'd return it, that and the fact it was on sale $20. Off. It's still good for doing your feet so you don't have to bend over in the shower.
