Does this work on thin, fine hair? My hair is extremely damaged, but I don't want it weighed down.

The product is very lightweight. I specifically bought it to combat damage.

Whats the process for this? Do I shampoo, condition then apply treatment to my wet hair?

I have shampooed first, then conditioner. Once a week I use the treatment I follow the suggestion on the jar. I shampooed with clarifying shampoo first and then apply the treatment conditioner to my wet hair and left it on for fifteen minutes and rinse it out. So far in the short time I used the set my has improved so much and seems to get better with each use.

Is this good for high porosity hair?

Not sure. I can tell I have extremely thick coarse hair. Needed some serious moisture, I was hoping this was a good option. it wasn’t.

Is this good for dry scalp?

Worked well for my daughter who has severely dry scalp.

I expected more of the product. Always heard good reviews of Shea Moisture products. I got this whole line didn’t make a difference with my hair at all. Wanted it to make my hair softer, but it didn’t help at all with the dryness. I won’t purchase again.

My hair is SO soft after one use!

My hair has sustained some damage from dyeing it over the years, I have lots a breakage from my hair being very dry lately. After one treatment of the protein hair mask and using the shampoo and conditioner my hair is so soft! Even my husband noticed the difference. I can't imagine what it will do after 3 - 6 months. It also smells AMAZING! My hair smells so good!! Definitely recommend for dry hair.
