Q: My order came in a regular ziplock bag, is that normal?

Mine came in an about 15 x 15 amazon shipping bag and I don't remember any other packaging. I know it wasn't a standard zip lock bag of any kind. Hope this helps.

Q: Are they recyclable? Do they have a odor to them?

I don't know about recyclable but no they do not smell

Q: how thick is the material? .5mil, 1mil, 2 mil?

specs never specify but I know what 1mil is like and Id guess .5 or less.. they are really thin, but they work. I use them after sports and use the same one 2 or 3 times before disposal.

Q: large enough to cover all of front back and seat and....all of BACK of seat?

It is large enough for entire seat coverage but is also very thin so you have to be careful not to pull to hard or it will rip!
