Used different patches in the past which were actually becoming hot. These ones got barely warm. Do not recommend.

It helps with sciatica pain
These heat pads are ideal to reduce my sciatica pain. The only thing is they do not stick to my back very well, I need to apply tape hold it in place.

These patches worked really well.

Stay stuck!
My occasional neck and back pains are always eased by these. They stick and stay stuck at work all day. Don't wiggle about too much and easily re-positioned and still sticky as needed. No strong smell as with the gel. A good heat that helps all day long. Pricey for me but worth it as they work. Great!
