Solid Protective Case For Steiner Binoculars 7x50, 10x50, and so forth. The quality of materials used and the craftspersonship is superb with long utility use built in, and should give maximum protection as well as being Water Resistant. Comes with the traditional Carry Strap and fits the 1050r Top Tier Binocular Perfectly. It is worth the purchase price and overall worthy of carrying the Steiner Name.

I feel like an idiot
Many reviews said that the item shipped was not the same as that shown. Since it had been a bit since the last review I thought/hoped the seller had probably corrected the problem. Nope, I was an optimist. The part shown had a buckle and padding. The item shipped me was thin nylon with a zipper, that was probably worth about $5. Interestingly the plastic bag it came in was labeled "Steiner 610".

Basic protection
Case is ok, pretty standard, thin layer of padding. Fits marine binoculars plus floating strap. Probably wouldn't buy again.
