Does this work in cocoa butter to color chocolate mold?

Yes, you can add the sterling pearl into cocoa butter as it is semi translucent. This will provide you with a metallic looking cocoa finish. You can also mix this with alcohol or extract and paint it on to your chocolate.

Can the powder be heated/baked?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Sterling Pearls are intended to be painted, dry dusted or even airbrushed. Normally used on a finished confection, not during the baking process. We do not recommend using Sterling Pearls mixed inside of any ingredients. The only exception would be clear candies such as isomalt. Hope this helps!

Can i use the silver to make silver icing ?

Hi, you can not make silver Icing with this color. What you can do is once the Icing has crusted over if a Buttercream or Fondant has set, you can take some lemon extract or High Proof Alcohol and make a paint so that you can brush the outside of the Icing. This will provide you with the best silver metallic finish.
