Are these niosh approved?

Yes the H910 Plus are NIOSH N95 imprinted. However I have not been using them because the straps, one of which has to go OVER your head and the other OVER your neck, are too tight and cumbersome to easily remove, for casual use. I would only use these masks if I had to wear them for prolonged periods of time, say in the case of a healthcare worker.

Sescription says "imported"... Are these masks imported from France?

These are made in Mexico. The sign is right below to the UPC bar code. Could there be two factories making them possibly. But my box at least says "Made in Mexico". The masks are comfortable. They also have all the proper markings for certification and Honeywell is a trustworthy U.S. manufacturer. These are also not so expensive when you get the 50-unit pack and they are N95s.

What are the differences between the df 300 made in mexico and the df 300 h910p made in china?

They have the same NIOSH approval number on the CDC website: 84A-8480. The H910 Plus is listed as made in China on Honeywell’s website. Just a hypothesis, but the DF300 non-H910 Plus may have been a previous iteration of the mask and production had moved, but manufacturing process stayed the same enough to keep its existing NIOSH certification.

How many layers of protection does this Honeywell mask offer?

This is a excellent mask. I’m a Registered Nurse. These are N95 and can be used at my job. The seal offers excellent protection if put on correctly.
