Important Life Skill - Flexible Thinking!!
Besides my students loving the "Little Spot" characters, the metaphor with the trees is so relatable for kids! We are always working on "going with the flow" and "be a flexible thinker"! This will be a great lesson for my Kinders and 1st graders! Thank you for yet another great social/emotional book for our kids!

Very good for middle school self contained class
Read this book in my life skills middle school class. All the kids enjoyed it. Did lots of extended activities with it and class discussions. Working on not giving up-preserving. Have many books in the series that the kids enjoy.

Be flexible
Iโm a therapist and Iโve read this with a few kids. There are quite a few words that even some of my better readers had a hard time with so it might not be the easiest read alone book but the kids really liked it and it got the idea across.
