Impressed with the quality
Let me clear things up, all these bad reviews reflect user error. Apparently, they don't have basic knowledge on how carburetor works. When i installed it, had issue on acceleration, judger and missfire, but on full throttle it goes flying.The simple fix for that is simple, the floaters must be calibrated so the fuel reaches the pilot jets. In my case the floaters was a bit low, and the fuel not reaching the pilot jets nozzle. After couple of adjustment, it's so smooth, no missfire whatsoever, and i adjust the upper needle for the main jets and shifted the C clip to the last bottom position, by default it's on the position before last.So the people who are saying it's junk and they had to shift all the parts from the old one to the new and it worked, it's because the floaters already adjusted.Nice carb honestly, and highly recommended. Don't forget to adjust the floaters if you faced missfire or bad acceleration.

Aftermarket carbs work great!
I don't know what the problems were with some people had with these but I just installed them out of the box and there work great! I did pull one float bowl and checked the jets and the were the same as my OEM carbs. All I did was adjust the idle mixture screws and idle speed. Everything fit and worked just like OEM carbs but at a quarter of the price! You gotta love that!

Excellent if you know how to tune. Don’t buy if you think it’s plug and play.
These things are awesome for the price. Very good quality for the price for two carbs.That being said, I would never think about putting these on and expect good results without tuning. The bad reviews I would suspect are due to this. I bought them to replace the stockers as they were getting corroded and all the gaskets were shot.Got them, opened them up and traded out all the jets and needles. Never even knew they weren’t stock... I of course had to mess with the air screw to get off idle right, but they work awesome!

Just rebuild OEM carb
Had nothing but trouble from the start with this. Ended up getting it and taking the better clean parts and putting it in the old carb plus buying a Dynojet kit to replace all the jets. Basically waste of money. It does fit technically.
