Item was not available when I went to reorder. Need the super Sposies largest size for 105 pound adult with special needs. Too bad 😦

Ours has been shipped both in a brown Amazon box, and there was at least one time I can recall that it was shipped without the box allowing the contents to be known, if that is a worry. Hope this helps.

My son wears Size 7 diapers, what size will I need?

My little one wears a size 6 overnight huggies and the smallest size was way too big for him. I kind of seem to remember there was only one size? I stuck with the regular sposies.

Are these better for an actual diaper rather than a goodnites?

I use them nightly in my toddler’s size 5 diaper. If you place the edge of the Sposie pad at the front edge of the diaper, hold it in place, and then stretch the diaper out before pressing the adhesive down it fits perfectly within. (Using Kirkland’s size 5)
