Nice big bottle, good quality & price but I did change to capsules purely for convenience. there as supposed to help getting in to ketosis, I can’t vouch for that, my love of carbs prevented this for me

I mix 1TBSP of this in my coffee early morning and it provides me with at least 4 hours of increased energy and alertness. I dont feel hungry and can be very active during this time (gym session + housework + walking the dog etc). I've tried a different brand of mct which was a blend of c8 & c10 (over several months) but did not get the same effect and I stopped using it as it gave me stomach ache and I didn't get much benefit from it in terms of energy or staving off hunger - infact it made me hungrier. I decided to give this brand a try and so happy I did because the effects are totally different. Really helps with focus, energy and satiety so I can do my longer fast of 18hrs without any problems. Excellent tool for weight loss. I would recommend this brand and would buy again.
