Any pen should work just fine !

Do these work when using tattoo markers?

These are used in a thermal printer to print the stencil on , you can also trace your design on here . And you can free hand on the customer after applying the stencil with whatever marker ya want

Can i use in a regular printer/copier?

It won’t work the same but you could use a printed image as a stencil to trace overtop and transfer onto this paper. That’s your only option without the thermal printer.

Can I print something off and transfer without the thermal printer?

No this transfer paper is for a thermal printer but if you trace you designon to the transfer paper MAKE SURE that it's in a mirror image or other wise backwards if need I can supply you with a example
