Can you paint this caulk with regular primer+paint in one paint?

Yes. Just don't paint too soon. Check directions.

Does this product attract dirt? Is it easy to clean?

It is non hardening so dirt can be attached to it over time. We clean the exterior with water and the interior areas with a paint brush and shop vac. It is very dusty where we are tho.

Can I put this on something that’s wet or damp?

you can but its best if its clean and dry

Good for exterior aluminum trim for widow against brick? Or aluminum trim againsts wood?

The general rule is to use a silicone or tripolimer on aluminum. I personally would use Geocel 2300 for your application.
