I purchased this product to help keep my current milk supply and ease my baby’s stomach as she is very gassy. It definitely helped my supply increase and stay more consistent. I used to have a problem with one side producing more and since I started taking these supplements, both sides are producing 2-4 ounces every time I pump (every 2-3 hours). My baby still has gas and spits up, but it didn’t seem to affect her stomach or mine like some of the reviews said it did. I only take one dose (2 capsules) every day since I did not need a big boost in my supply and I did not want my baby to be negatively impacted. Only taking 2 capsules a day also saves money so that’s a plus! Overall I would recommend this product to women who are wanting to stabilize their milk supply.

Short story: I LOVE this product!Pros:-faster letdown-more production☆decreases GAS problems!☆-bigger breasts-no taste-starts effect next dayCons:-.....-.....- I don't think there are any?-maybe the size? If you have problems swallowing big capsules.-maybe the fact it's only a 10 day supply.-and I guess a con would be you have to take it 3 times a day.Long story:I have never been a big producer and my letdown was super slow. I took fenugreek, ate a lactation no bake mix with brewers yeast and drank body armour at least twice a day and still felt like I was just getting by. I tried to build a stash for when I went back to work but I always felt like I was really taking from my baby so half the time I would just feed it back to her because I didn't replenish what I just took out in time for my baby to nurse. In 2 months I was able to save 20 oz. Rivy was also very gassey and therefore a bit whiny and I eventually found out fenugreek causes gas. So I stopped taking that and decided to invest in LegenDairy, even thought it seemed a bit much for only 10 days. But I felt awful when I realized I was causing my baby to be uncomfortable and gassey. So! When I saw this one helps with milk AND gas, I said SOLD, it's worth a shot. I just finished the bottle and I can 100% say my baby has definitely stopped fussing from gas! Sure she had some discomfort every now and then but it used to be everyday, at least half of the day. AND I am producing more, about 3 or 4 oz when I was producing 0.5-2oz. AND my letdown occurs within just a couple minutes when before it was taking like 10 minutes, it was awful. AND haha my boobs are bigger, so me being a B, it's a plus for me haha.Anyways, I have Cash Cow next and Liquid Gold after that. I'm hoping for similar results 😀Very pleased! Highly recommend! I decided to try this and Liquid Gold from the same company. Considering it was only a 10 day supply seemed pretty expensive. But I was getting desperate since my son was going through a growth spurt... I knew I'd need to up my production because he started to eat more than I could make. I started with just 2 capsules of this and 2 of the Liquid Gold in one day, but it made his gas almost unbearable. After some more digging, the Lechita had less ingredients known to cause gas than the Liquid Gold. So I waited a couple days to get it out of my system, and then just took 1 capsule of just the Lechita in a 24 hour period. My production increased within 12 hours. At first I was getting two oz more per pump (from 6oz to 8oz). But after a week or so I've almost doubled my production at each pump (12oz7), sometimes even more. Overall I am so relieved that my supply has increased and I can keep up with his demand and start freezing it too. I'm glad I stuck with it. I never went back to the Liquid Gold because I'm nervous it will cause terrible gas.

If you’re looking to increase milk supply, these definitely work. The downfall for me was it made my boobs super engorged to the point I had to pump in the middle of the night (whereas previously I never had to). My boobs felt like they were going to explode. Also, my boobs leaked way more when I took this. But, again, it helps with supply if that’s an issue for you.

Original Review: This supplement was great for milk production but my 5 week old experienced severe gas, spit ups after every feed, and explosive diarrhea.I’m exclusively BF but wanted an extra boost to pump for back up supply. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. Everyone’s body is different and to be fair it did up my milk supply.UPDATE: I added a star ⭐️ because this has truly been a lifesaver for my bf journey. Fast forward, my baby is now 8 months & we are thriving. At about 4 months my period came back even though I was exclusively bf and my production took a hit. I was desperate and gave this product another shot. Boy am I glad I did! There’s so many Mothers Milk teas a girl can take. This time around baby and I did not experience gas or any bothersome symptoms. It’s helped maintain my production with a combination of mag/ calcium. I also take alfalfa supplements. I’m sharing because I know how hard it is to deal with this situation and like me many initially reacted negatively but once your milk is mature and baby is a bit older, at least for me, it was a game changer. Best of luck mama’s. Don’t give up!

The media could not be loaded. It says on the bottle that it’s for digestive support but this gave me horrible gas. I was trying to figure out what was making me gassy for two months and figured out it was this when I stopped taking them for two days. It did help my milk supply but I stopped taking them. Proceed with caution! Not sure which ingredient affected me. Taste like tea to me which I dont mind because I love tea. Everybody is different just be mindful of the ingredients.

For me personally it did not help increase my supply at all. It tasted horrible and the after burps were bad. It also gave me and my baby RAGING gas. I know It works for some and that’s awesome! So for me- it was a nope.
