Is the top shelve sturdy enough?

Hi! Thank you for reaching us with this question. We have worked hard on the stability of this hanging diaper organizer, and we created a unique design to solve this stability problem that our competitors' products have. We have tried several types of boards to make it the best hanging diaper caddy. We used 3 mm PVC boards that offer increased stability to this product. The top shelve is designed to hold the heaviest wipe warmer. We appreciate your time checking out our hanging diaper caddy organizer. If you have further questions, please contact us. Alexandra

Can this item be attached to a Pack & Play?

I did and it worked fine …just have to put the straps threw the side and tight it as much as possible
