The Fitlaya Fitness ab Machine arrived earlier than expected and was quick and simple to assemble. It really makes your abs burn! At first the hand bars left my hands feeling a bit sore after working out, but now I find it very comfortable to use. Just takes some getting used to. The machine is also super sturdy. I have not once felt like it was going to collapse or tip over. I feel very grounded when I use it. I really enjoy it, simply because it makes an excellent fresh and challenging alternative to ab workouts.

Semplicemente ottimo... fa il suo, un po' caro 277 ciao scontato, ma è perfetto, l'addome lavora alla grande e con un minimo di conoscenze e inventiva si può allenare anche la parte obliqua degli addominali o concentrarsi sulla parte alta, non solo bassa. Ottimo anche il mini diaplai che conta le rep e altro... Consigliatissimo
