The pictures show two different sets, which one do you actually get?

What I received was the first picture, the Happy Bear Decorator Pack. There's mainly soft colored pink and blue pieces in the pack. There are several pieces, I didn't count the exact number, and there're really cute. My granddaughter loves all things Shopkins and she seemed to really like it. Hope this helps.

Does this set include a bed?

The "Decorator Dreamy Bear" did not have a bed. You may want to see if they have a Welcome Kit for the bedroom....it usually has a different set of furniture.
