I have this exercise bike for around 1 month. My kids and myself use it everyday. I'm happy with my purchase so far. Pros: 1.well packed shipment. illustrated label clearly show user the contents of the bags in each section of the package. installation manual is easy to use, no more no less. 2. the operation of Magnetic/Brake Pad Resistance Silent Belt Drive is super quiet. I can work out in living room without bothering other family members who is reading/watching TV in the same area. 3.The material and build look decent and pretty sturdy. No issue was noticed during my full month usage. 4. Easy to adjust resistance with a single knob. 5. big pad/phone holder with suction cups to secure these items during use. Cons: Although I'm pretty happy with my experience, I feel there is room to improve the product further. 1. The front arm support will wiggle a little after several times of use, need to hand tight it again. 2. The seat is comfortable, but I feel it's too wide for me. I wish in the future, they can provide both wide and slim version for customer to select. Conclusion: This bike has very good value. although it's not perfect (no product is), I feel It totally worth the money.

I really like this bike! I'm another victim of pandemic weight gain and wanted something the wouldn't take up too much space or electricity and would be quiet. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble By myself and I thought the instructions were easy to follow. I like that it's quiet enough that I can exercise at night when everyone else is asleep. The bike is sturdy even when I'm not sitting while riding (I'm not a small person) and the resistance works really well. Overall this has been an excellent purchase, especially for the price!

La bicicleta, mi compra, llegó dentro del tiempo estimado, luego de armarla la hemos disfrutado enormemente. Adecuada y buena para el ejercicio y muy silenciosa al usarla.

I got this bike because after a year of medical issues, I need to build my energy back up and get my knees moving again. This was easy to put together and can be moved around easily. I do not have a place to keep it out in the room. I have it in front of a closet and move it out each day to use it. I was worried it would be difficult to move but it is not. The display did come in kilometers. I just emailed the company they they sent one out very quickly. They also responded to emails quickly. I have had it and used it daily for a little over 2 weeks and it has worked wonderfully. Usually bike seats really hurt my butt. This one has not been a problem. I'm not sure why this one doesn't hurt but am just happy it doesn't. It has been very stable for me. I had some concerns about stability because my knees are so bad but have had no issues and I feel secure while on it.
