MARS WELLNESS Metatarsal Felt Foot Pad - 1/4" Thick - 6 Pairs (12 Pieces)

I had been suffering for years with problems on my left foot from bunion as I aged so I had treatments from a podiatrist a few years ago and he created a specific 1/4" thick pad for me to place on the bottom of my left foot and showed me how to cut padding the correct way and place on the bottom of my foot. Since joining Amazon Prime, I found your product and have been using them for quite awhile (I just got my second package) and they fit and work BETTER than the created one from my podiatrist. I am extremely pleased with your product and the way it really makes my left foot feet much better when I work compared to me creating and cutting pads on my own. Also, your products stays put on the bottom of my foot much longer that the pads that I have to cut and place on the bottom of my foot. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has bunion problems that have affected all of my toes (the bunion has pushed my toes over towards my smallest toe and so created pain and discomfort when walking). I was instructed by the podiatrist to never walk barefoot and to constantly wear the pads and your pads are bigger and cover more of the area on the bottom of my foot, hence, I am much more comfortable with your pads than the hand cut pads that I used to use. I even tried using your pads as a pattern to cut new pads from the sheets of pads that my podiatrist gave me, but your pads work better and they stick on much better than the sheets of pads that I was getting before. Your pads are excellent and they last a long time. I will continue buying your pads always. Keep up the good work!

I have mild metatarsalgia and when I have been exercising a lot (4-6 times a week, running/cycling/weight training) I tried using these a couple of times and ended up putting these away in my drawer for months. I occasionaly had problems after a long run or a football match (the real football). After a football match, I had real problems with my foot. In the following days, I gave these pads another chance and realized that I was placing them wrongly in the past. I tried using these for a long run (45 minutes or longer) then I used it during my football match. In my case, these pads helped me greatly when placed correctly in the sole of my foot with these kind of exercises (single leg usage). I generally use a single pad 6 or 7 times depending on the wear. Using on the socks instead of the sole of my foot was better for me. Overal, I plan to buy again.

These pads are really nice and exactly as described. The adhesive stays put without any problems. I have worn them for three days without issue. I’ve even taken them off and replaced them after a couple days because the felt does crush a bit from body weight, but it sticks fine again. I’ve even washed one and it still has some stick left to it! I will probably have to use tape if I’m going to reuse it though because it’s not super sticky. The thickness is perfect for me. They are easy to put on and offer just the right amount of support where I need it. I’m using them to help with a plantar plate injury and these are a big help. I’m also thrilled to have found some made in the USA!

These are so well made. Made from real felt vs a spongy felt like material. You can feel the difference by just touching them and even looking at them. And they do not compress but start out as 1/4 inch and remain so. I have tried many less expensive brands from Amazon. These are special. Update: I've tried cheaper brands since to, what I thought, save money. However, this is the least expensive TRUE felt. The other material is often called "felt" but feels more like foam and very quickly compresses to half its stated height. In addition, if you moisturize your feet or just sweat, the cheaper ones will migrate no matter how sticky they feel at first. These stay put with very little compression and can be used for several days.
