Quality Product but worst service
Nice Drain Channel 5 stars for quality of product, But -4 stars for the theft they done; logistically they sent only this channel while I had added other covers also, which was not sent by the company personnel. When I contacted them through their direct online they told me to come through Amazon. When I contacted Amazon they told me that Returning window is over

Totally awesome! Value for money. I mean offline if you purchase, same item would cost you Rs 1000 extra. Hence I like it buying online. Design and fitting is great! Water draining nice. Still quality is good!

Good Product, Bad Customer Experience
Ordered 2 nos. - Received 1 no in perfect condition. I can easily give 5 star for this. Value for money. Good quality. - However, 2nd one had the stainless steel trap missing. Hence, ordered for a replacement for the 2nd one. - Had I received at-least the replacement properly, I would have given 5 star rating for this product. Unfortunately, the replacement also had the stainless steel trap missing - without which, the product is basically useless. - Summary: Product is very good. But, customer experience is pathetic. There is <50% change of you receiving the product including the stainless steel trap.
