What on earth do these sizes mean? a b and queen? can anyone fill me in?

I'm confused about the size. I'm a 10 in pants. Sometimes a 12. What do you recommend?

I am 5 ft 3 in. and 130 lbs and wear the medium. I normally wear a size 6 or 8 pants. The small are too short in the legs but not much different in the panty part. Hopefully this helps.

What size is a queen?

Queen is a large and fits 4"11"-6' and 145-200 lbs

Do they look fake on the legs? Like is it obvious you're wearing panty hose?

They make you legs look smooth and mask any imperfections. This nude shade is very neutral, so you don't get that fake Suntan brown look. The shaper feature is also excellent, especially for the price point.
