Good choice
Works well with my camera and tripod

Perfecto. Tal y como se describe en la publicación y llegó en el tiempo establecido.
Se le había perdido esta pieza a un trípode vanguard que tengo y se había inutilizado por eso. Ahora puedo volver a usarlo sin problemas.

Great price
I had to sand it down a little to fit my Beo tripod head. 100 grit.

It works, with a little help
With a little "shaving" of the plastic, I was able to successfully use this on a Coleman-branded tripod which has long been discontinued.

It fits!
I buy old tech tripods for $5 at the thrift store. This adapter lets me install my chronograph onto the tripods for shooting, as well as older spotting scopes etc.

Nice quick release plate, but it's not 1.5 x 1.5 inches square
Overall, this is a nice quick release plate. Quality seems very good. Unfortunately for me, that's where the good ends. So, I ordered this going by the dimensions listed on Amazon -- 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5. This is not correct. My tripod is a really old (probably 30 years) Quantaray (model # unknown, it is nowhere to be found on the tripod itself) and the exact plate for it no longer exists. The only plate I had broke earlier this year. The head of my tripod had the number QS-29 etched into it, and a quick measure of the head suggested it was indeed 1.5 x 1.5 inches square, which is what is shown on Amazon for the dimensions of this item. I hoped it would fit. It kind of does, but it's super tight and hard to get back off the tripod once it's on.Measuring this plate, it is 1 5/8 inches square at the base (widest point). I'm going to see if I can get this to fit my tripod a bit better by sanding it, but the listing measurements are inaccurate.
