Will this work with induction stove top

Never tried on our induction stove. My opinion would be no. It takes a good while for this griddle to heat up over a open flame on our Grill.

Is this grill reversible? Can I use the other side which has grill mark to grill ?

Hello, Yes you can use one side or the other. I use the flat side for searing steaks, smashing burgers, making fajitas, and of course eggs, pancakes, and French toast.
