I was looking for a very soft pillow that I could bunch up and manipulate. I tend to not like very fluffy pillows, but just need a bit of support for my neck. I'm mostly a side sleeper, and I like to be able to bunch up a soft pillow. This pillow is BIG. It's very fluffy, and not easily compressed. I wouldn't consider it soft, I'd consider it to be a fairly firm pillow. I have gotten used to it, mostly, but it's not exactly what I was looking for. When I lay on my back, I have to put the pillow under my shoulders a bit or else it would be WAY too much for my neck to handle. When I sleep on my side, I scooch the pillow so only the front corner is under my head.So all in all, if you're looking for a soft, squishy pillow that you can manipulate, this is not it. If you like thick, firm pillows that offer a ton of support, this is it.

After several purchases finding the right pillow this is finally the winner. No more fighting to get comfortable at night to sleep. Have not had neck pain since this purchase.No obnoxious smell either. China made on tag but no issues after a couple months of use.

For th price, the pillow is great. Seems sturdy, stays in shape and very comfortable to use for your back support while watching TV. Sleeping on it is a different story. I definitely did not feel like sleeping on the cloud. Your head sinks in a bit and then that spot starts to harden. I woke up many times because my ear started to hurt. I like soft and puffy pillows, not the flat ones and this pillow is volumous, but not very soft.

it is just the pillow I was looking for. I like sleeping on the corner of my pillow and this pillow is just perfect. It is soft and comfortable.
