Why is the water in the toilet bowl became low after I installed the bidet?

You need to turn the valve back on after installation to allow the bowl and tank to refill.

No. The handle has a spring valve and shuts off nicely. The attachement point has an additional shut off value that is a god send as soon as your 2y.o. Son figures out that it sprays and sneaks in and try’s using it,😛locked out

What about adjusting temperature?

This has no temperature control on it. It only uses the water that’s in your toilet tank.

Best thing since peanut butter!!!

I have big issues with #2 and hemorrhoids and this thing is a blessing!!!! You have no idea how nice it is...after 50 years of pain, to finally, not have to rub toilet paper on a horribly painful area. I raised my hands and praised Jesus after the first use. I am so happy!!! Get one of these. So worth it. AND it was VERY easy to install. Works perfectly.
