Beautiful product and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend it to anyone to purchase because of the great support given by the customer service team. If you have any queries or concerns write a question and you'll get your answer within 24 hrs.In our experience, the manual booklet was lost by our maid and a PDF document was provided by the team immediately after our request.If you follow the instructions for setting up it's pretty clear and easy to set up.Only WIFI settings I was not able to find in the lock and could not set it up hence, I rated it 4 stars, otherwise fantastic gorgeous lock.

Works great! No more housekeys!
This lock is perfect and much cheaper than anything you can find in a store. You will need either a locksmith or carpenter to come install the lock as they will need to cut a larger opening. Contact the seller for their carpenter or use your own.

Can this be set up with an IR remote or a button?
I've set up the lock already now everytime when some one rings the bell the app shows the notification after almost 20seconds.And in sitting right in front of the door. And I've to get up from my desk and open the door.Is there any way that I can set up a button on my desk which will open the door if I press and don't have to go to the door all the time to open from inside..?

Battery faulty after 1 month
Not waterproof and full of condensation, battery constantly flashing after 1 month. Door gone loopy and asking for admin over and over. Do not recommend.
